Fresh from the Oven
I had been wanting to try to make homemade bagels for a while. I figured today was as good as any to give it a go. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be and it was really fun to make something new. I made three kinds: plain, sesame seed, and a three cheese. It was so delicious to eat one warm from the oven. I don't usually share recipes on here, mainly because I rarely make anything worth sharing but if you are a fan of bagels {like me} then you should try this recipe. I think next time I'll try an asiago cheese {my all time favorite} variety and maybe even a poppy seed. It's back to school for me tomorrow, but at least I have something yummy to eat for breakfast to ease me back into things!

Oh man, I've been on such a bagel kick lately -- it totally makes sense to try makin' my own. So glad that I found your blog today, this is great kitchen inspiration!
